Community Standards

1. Scope and Application

These Community Standards (“Standards”) govern user conduct, content, and interactions within the Tile Social platform, including all associated features, services, and functionalities (collectively, the “Services”). These Standards are incorporated by reference into and form part of the Terms of Service.

The Community Standards constitute the primary and authoritative set of behavioral rules governing user conduct on the platform.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Standards.

2. Purpose

Tile Social is designed to promote meaningful, respectful, and authentic interactions. These Standards are intended to maintain the integrity and safety of the platform, prevent unlawful, harmful, or abusive conduct, support compliance with applicable laws and related regulations, and preserve the quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of user interactions within the Services.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your conduct, interactions, and all content you create, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”). You are likewise responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the rights of third parties. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any conduct that violates these Standards, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in harassment, threats, intimidation, abuse, or any form of harmful or discriminatory behavior, including hate speech or content that promotes violence or illegal activities. You must not impersonate any individual, organization, or entity, nor misrepresent your identity, or intentions. The creation or operation of fake, fraudulent, or duplicate accounts, as well as any deceptive or manipulative behavior, is strictly prohibited.

You are not permitted to create, upload, distribute, request, solicit, promote, facilitate, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, obscene, abusive, excessively violent, or otherwise harmful.

Tile Social maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);

grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors;

sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors;

sextortion involving minors;

child trafficking or exploitation;

any content, communication, or activity that exploits, abuses, endangers, or places minors at risk.

You must also ensure that your content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any person or entity.

The use of the Services for unsolicited communications or promotional activities that disrupt the user experience is not allowed. You must not artificially inflate engagement, visibility, or interactions, nor engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior or manipulation of platform activity.

You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including user accounts, systems, or networks, and must not interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, performance, or security of the platform. The introduction of malware, harmful code, or exploits, as well as attempts to bypass or circumvent safeguards, restrictions, or security features, is strictly prohibited.

You must not use automated systems, including bots, scrapers, or similar technologies, to access, interact with, extract, or collect data from the Services without prior written authorization. The use of the platform for large-scale data extraction, data mining, or model training without permission is not permitted.

You must respect the privacy of others and must not collect, process, disclose, or share personal or sensitive information without a lawful basis or proper consent. Activities such as doxxing or unauthorized exposure of private information are strictly prohibited.

5. Content Standards and Platform Integrity

All User Content must be lawful, compliant with these Standards, and respectful of the rights and dignity of others. Content should contribute to meaningful, authentic, and constructive interactions. Tile Social does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Content and does not endorse any content, user, or interaction on the platform.

6. Reporting and Review

Tile Social may provide mechanisms for users to report violations of these Standards. Users are encouraged to report content or behavior involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, child exploitation, or other threats to the safety of minors. Reports relating to child safety are prioritized for review and handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal trust and safety procedures. Upon receiving a report or otherwise identifying potential violations, Tile Social may review content, accounts, or activities and may conduct investigations using internal systems or third-party tools. Tile Social is not obligated to act on every report and may prioritize enforcement based on severity, risk, and operational considerations.

Where Tile Social obtains actual knowledge of content that constitutes or reasonably appears to constitute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), we will promptly remove or disable access to such content, investigate the matter where appropriate, preserve relevant information as permitted by law, and take enforcement actions consistent with these Standards and applicable legal requirements.

7. Enforcement and Account Actions

Tile Social reserves the right, at its sole discretion and as permitted by applicable law, to take appropriate enforcement actions in response to violations. Such actions may include removal or restriction of content, reduction of content visibility, application of contextual labels, limitation or disabling of platform features, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of accounts, prevention of re-registration, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by law.

Enforcement decisions may be based on violations of these Standards or the Terms of Service, legal or regulatory requirements, the need to protect users or third parties, or to safeguard the integrity, security, and operation of the Services.

All enforcement actions described in this Section are implemented and governed in conjunction with the Enforcement, Moderation, and Account Actions provisions set forth in the Terms of Service, which provide the legal framework for such actions.

8. Notice and Appeals

Where appropriate and practicable, Tile Social may notify users of enforcement actions taken against their accounts or content and may provide an opportunity to request review through designated support channels.

All appeals, reviews, and enforcement-related requests are subject to the procedures and conditions outlined in the Terms of Service.

Tile Social will assess such requests in good faith but retains final discretion over all enforcement decisions. Notice may be withheld where required by law, where it is necessary to protect platform security or other users, or where it may compromise investigations or enforcement processes.

9. Repeat and Severe Violations

Repeated, serious, or high-risk violations of these Standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Services, as well as additional enforcement measures deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users.

10. Interaction Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge that all interactions with other users are undertaken at your own risk.

User interactions, platform liability, and related disclaimers are governed by the Terms of Service.

Tile Social does not control or guarantee the conduct of users and is not responsible for user behavior, content, or any outcomes resulting from interactions. Tile Social does not mediate disputes between users.

11. Updates to Standards

Tile Social reserves the right to amend or update these Standards at any time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Any updates will take effect upon posting or upon notice, unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Standards.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Standards is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
